Our landscape designers are one thing that makes Precision Landscape and Maintenance different.  Our approach in design and construction is to treat each home as if it were our own. In the design process, we will listen to you, learn about your architectural and aesthetic preferences and then develop a design.  The fun part starts as your designer then works with you through the construction process to make sure that our mutual vision is executed as we planned. The design/build process is a process by where we are engaged to work with the client to create comprehensive landscape drawings, work through a budgeting and/or phasing plan, and install the landscape according to plan. Our typical process looks like this:

  • Initial Consultation

  • Preliminary Design Presentation

  • Design & Budget Presentation

  • Design/Budget Revisions

  • Installation Contract

  • Pre-Construction Meeting

  • Project Installation

  • Final Walk-Through
